“Leafy Sea Dragon” by Christina Fairley Erickson

Experience creative moments in time with 6 of our textile artist graduates. View a slide presentation to see and hear about their unique artworks. Take a journey with them that winds through the pathways of art and design and gathers momentum with fabrics, threads and stitches. You will be inspired by stories and ideas that captured their imagination. Some ideas begin with an original photograph while others with a memory or the remembrance of a feeling. The transformation from thought into realized art form develops through dedication, inspiration and perspiration. There are no other secrets. Be inspired to unleash your own expressive self.

Attendees are welcome to join the Artist Reception across the street at the Pacific NW Quilt and Fiber Art Museum following the presentation.
